Do not use the service to violate law, another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights, or the terms of a routed provider. Do not automate account creation, share access tokens, evade device, concurrency, recording, or usage limits, probe the service for vulnerabilities without authorization, or use it to distribute malware or abusive content.

Only upload audio you are permitted to process. You are responsible for consent and recording-law requirements in your jurisdiction. Cursay may suspend cloud access needed to protect users, providers, or infrastructure; local open-source functionality is unaffected.
